DESCRIPTION:In Fellowship Hall                                         \n\nA free one hour educational session on "Five Wishes- Advanced Directives"\n\nThe five wishes pertain to an aging person's life options:\n\n	Who should make decisions for me when I cannot?\n	What kind of medical treatment do I want or not want?\n	How comfortable do I want to be if I know I am not going to get better?\n	How do I want people to treat me?\n	What do I want my loved ones to know?\n\nMany find this conversation with family to be daunting.  For this reason\, legal forms will be provided so attendees can express their five wishes in a non-confrontational manner.  This will make it easier to have "the talk".  \n\nPlease call the church office at 813-634-1252 to make a reservation so we can have enough forms to go around.
