\nBrian started a Facebook page- open to the general public of South and East Hillsborough County. \; The page was intended to highlight new area developments and now with over 17\,000 likes\, this page has become the place where people go to find out what that sign is in front of a vacant lot that'\;s being cleared OR what those buildings are that just started being built that you see on your way home every day. \;

\nIf he doesn'\;t have the answer right away\, he has the resources to find out and he posts his findings in a very timely manner. \; This page is a positive page- without any negativity or rumors- it'\;s factual and extremely informative. \; \;
\nOver the past few months\, I have seen so many of our members commenting and/or asking questions here so I figured we could try and get him to come speak to us at a luncheon- and he agreed. \; With all of the growth and development going on in our community this is definitely a hot topic! \;
